Payment Policy

Sorry, no refunds.

Exchange policy is very limited and only applies to first 30 days after receipt of order. Item cannot be damaged (non-personalized items). Jewelry items will have a security tag attached when sent to customer. If this security tag is removed, the item cannot be exchanged. If an exchange is required, customer pays all shipping & handling to return item back to Miss Kate's Creations. The exchange will not occur until the item is returned back to Miss Kate's Creations, along with the conditions stipulated above.

Personalized items cannot be exchanged or refunded. Other than jewelry, the only other time an exchange will occur is if it is expressly the fault of Miss Kate's Creations in processing the order.
 

For orders using Paypal or Amazon Payments - shipped within 2 weeks or sooner. This shipping time is based on items I have to create. Basically, the only items which are in the store that have no waiting time (will be shipped out within a day or two of ordering) is fabric, as long as it is in stock.

It is the customer's responsibility to verify the item is being shipped to the correct address. Paypal, Amazon Payments and Etsy all have shipping addresses which require updating if customer moves to a new address. It is not Miss Kate's Creations' responsibility to make sure customer has updated their shipping address. Each customer receives a Customer Confirmation Email after ordering item(s). If the shipping address is not correct, customer must contact Miss Kate's Creations within 24 hours to correct the shipping address.

If item is delivered to incorrect address as a result of customer not updating their shipping address, item will be resent only at customer's expense. No refund will be issued. If shipping agent should happen to return the shipment back to Miss Kate's Creations as Return to Sender (RTS), a refund will be issued less shipping and handling. This happens very rarely in today's shipping environment.

About the Products

If a problem or question arises with your order, you will be notified immediately by email or Facebook Messenger. I want all correspondence documented so if any problems arise, there is documentation to provide to either Paypal or Amazon Pay.


Any bulk items (B2B) embroidered, sublimated or heat pressed from a screen print, will be required to fill out a request form with all specifications required for the purchase. A proof pdf document will be emailed to you prior to the job being started so you can verify all content.


Small order(s) (non-B2B; B2C) will also have a proof sheet sent prior to completing the job to verify the order matches the proof. Customer MUST okay the proof prior to order being completed.

Most items on the website are individually handcrafted so no two items are exactly alike. Color visualization on computer monitors varies so there may be a small difference between what you see on your screen and what is shipped to you. That can't be helped.
